Servicing

Our engineers have specialised in ESH pharmaceutical compaction simulators, for the past 20 years.

We currently service and support ESH compaction simulators world-wide, including fault find and repair work, supply of spare and replacement parts, relocation contracts as well as regular maintenance service and calibration work.

Phoenix Services also provides specialised service and support for Mand compaction simulators.

Calibration 

Phoenix Calibration & Services Ltd is a UKAS accredited laboratory for calibrations to BS EN ISO 7500-1:1999 (force), BS EN ISO 7500-2:1999 (creep) and BS EN ISO 9513:2002 and ASTM E83-02 (extension).

Force calibration can be carried out to class 0.5 in tension and compression from 0.05N up to 2MN capacities

Creep calibration can be carried out to class 0.5 from 0.05N up to 50kN capacities

Extension calibration to BS EN ISO 9513 and ASTM E83 can be carried out for gauge lengths from 5mm up to 800mm

We have a wide range of adapters to suit any machine make. We currently service and calibrate machines throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
